  • I can't see the TRUST service software on my Mac.

    Unfortunately,  TRUST does not yet support MAC OS. 

    We will try not to be too long.

  • What are the Monthly TRUST and Recent TRUST projects?

    Monthly TRUST

    - The Monthly TRUST has an approvement count in the Result step during that month.

    1. It counts the first approval only.

    2. It doesn't consider the approval cancellation.

    3. It regards copied cases as separate ones.

    Recent TRUST projects

    - The Recent TRUST project is a case list that you have made recently in the TRUST software.

    * The Monthly TRUST and Recent TRUST projects work for your account and local pc drive only.*

  • How do I sign up?
     If you click the 'Sign in' button at the top right, you can see the 'Sign up' button.
     You can proceed with membership registration by clicking that button.

  • I want to change my registered email address.

     Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your email address. If you want to change it, you must re-register with the email address.

  • I don't remember the password.
     If you click the 'Sign in' button at the top right, you can see the 'Forgot your password?' button.
     You can change the password by clicking that button.

  • How do I download and install TRUST?

    You can find TRUST in TRU Launcher App.

    1. Download and install 'TRU Launcher'

    2. Run and sign in to TRU Launcher App

    3. Go to the 'Service' menu.

    4. Find 'TRUST' and click the 'Install' button.

  • What are the system requirements for TRUST?
